Ever tasted the red grape vine?
Its taste rolls between your tongue,
Sweet, sour and then bitter...
Just missing the salty tears..

Just like the dark chocolates,
Which melt like burning candles,
A little bit of pain doesn't kill,
You just need a little bit of hope to start anew.

Some can see a century of summer,
Some can only see part of the adventure,
Things will change over the time,
Memories are the only things, left behind.

If love was the thing that held me back,
I know now that I'm ready to let go,
I promised myself to never look back,
To see what I'm leaving and to feel regret.

The forked path ahead is a choice to make,
I've decided now, which turn to take,
Now I say I can travel solo,
So who can say I can't stand on my own?

People say, God only helps those who help themselves,
Well I believe that God lives in each of us,
For we are the one to choose our destiny,
To live happily or to live in misery.

You're someone I know who see with your eyes,
Things that are not pretty are all despised.

When you fail in something time and again,
Someone, somehow is sure to be blamed.

You claim that you live for your future,
But what you do is really immature.

No doubt, you are always jealous,
Of others' best features although you're famous.

You say mean stuff and step on people,
No matter if they're strong or feeble.

You act all innocent and so cheerful,
So all the dudes will think you're beautiful.

So you say you try to not gossip,
Yet in the end your words are the most toxic.

You stare at the mirror and say, "I'm fat!",
But you don't know what you have.

Rude and act like you know it all,
You don't know that people are just waiting to see you fall.

Never grateful or appreciate your friends,
Without you knowing, they're now your fiends.

I wish I was there, then, to tell her,
That a kind heart is all that matters...
